Damaged in Transit or Defective Items?
Ceramics and artisan décor are carefully bubble-wrapped and double-boxed. In the rare event of transit breakage, please record a quick unboxing video or take clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery and reach out to us. We will dispatch an immediate free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to ship back shards.
